What's Happening?

Oct. 31st- Halloween

Temperatures are dropping, leaves are changing colors and the days are becoming shorter. Fall is officially here! One thing we enjoy most about October (besides candy and pumpkin spiced EVERYTHING) is the wide variety of Halloween & harvest events!

While you are out and about this month, remember to make safety a top priority. Take a few minutes to view our Halloween Safety Checklist for helpful trick-or-treating tips.

If you're thinking about moving, fall is a great time to list your home for sale. This time of the year  it's not unusual to see a decrease in the number of new listings, and typically there are around 20-25% fewer single family homes available. But  don't let the market scare you. Our agents have experience working with all types of home sales year round and can help you find a Boo-tiful new home!

'The Amityville Horror' House and Other Famous Scary Movie Homes for Sale

Here's the thing about horror movie houses: Aside from all the creepy ghosts and pesky blood stains, the houses themselves are often gorgeous. Looking at listings for the beautiful Los Angeles home where Nancy Thompson (Heather Langenkamp) lived inNightmare on Elm Street or the elegant apartment building where Rosemary Woodhouse (Mia Farrow) conceived a demon in Rosemary's Baby, it's easy to forget that these locations caused so many nightmares.  Of course, it's a little different when the house is the stuff of actual nightmares. ..
