NEW MEXICO (HB 15)
Yesterday, the House and Senate passed a budget compromise without HB 15, the bill to reduce the annual funding from $50 million to $25 million, being heard on the House floor. The House and Senate have adjourned sine die. The annual cap in New Mexico remains at $50 million.
