Dear Parents and Friends,

It's been a great first week of 5777! Although it was a short week, every day has been filled with so many wonderful activities.  Of course, our students at all grade levels have been busy learning about and preparing for the next Chagim. Many of them focused on the story of Yonah, that we read on Yom Kippur, through a variety of projects. Some of our classes have also begun working on beautiful decorations for their families' sukkot.

A big thank you to the parent drivers and chaperones who joined our 5th Grade class this week on their fossil hunting trip. They had a great time!

Please be reminded that school will be closed this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, October 11-12 for Yom Kippur.  Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom, and an easy and meaningful fast next week.
