EDC Warren County is pleased to announce that we have successfully moved to our new location at 333 Glen Street, Suite 101, (1st Floor) Glens Falls, NY  12801.

Due to the expansion of Glens Falls National Bank's operations, EDC relocated.   EDC thanks  Glens Falls National Bank & Trust Company for accommodating EDC for 15 years at 234 Glen Street in Glens Falls.

Special thanks to our new landlord 333 Glen Street Associates, LLC including principal investor Bruce Boswell and building supervisor R. Kevin Lynn for all their assistance and support during our transition.
2016 EDC Southern Adirondack Planning & Zoning Forum A Success

EDC's fourth annual information session for planning, zoning and municipal officials in the Southern Adirondack region drew over 80 participants on October 6th to the Fort William Henry Conference Center in Lake George.  

A thank you is extended to our four co-sponsors:  Barton & Loguidice P.C., Chazen Companies, CT Male and Tucker Strategies, Inc. and for all who participated and supported this event.

Presentations made at the forum included NYS Adirondack Park Agency, Meyer & Fuller, Chazen Companies, Barton & Loguidice P.C. Town of Lake George, Adirondack Park Agency, Lake George Waterkeeper, NYS Department of State, Martino & Anthony and JUST Water.

'Radium Girls' Movie to Start Filming Locally this Week

EDC President Ed Bartholomew announced the local filming of producers of the 1920s period movie "Radium Girls."   Andrew Meader, Chairman of the Creative Economy Committee of the Capital Regional Economic Development Council is assisting EDC on this project with the film company.

Superstar actor and Just Water investor Will Smith and his son Jaden visited a few businesses in downtown Glens Falls on Thursday, as part of a "field trip" to see Just Water's operation.

Samantha's Cafe & Catering posted a picture on its Facebook page of the actor and his son at the Glens Falls eatery on Thursday. Several people also commented that Smith visited Mean Max Brew Works.
