DALLAS UNITARIAN WEEKLY  |  October 21, 2016

Here's this week's video message from Aaron!
THIS SUNDAY @ FIRST UNITARIAN
Join us at 10:00 or 11:30am for Rev. White's sermon, "Long Time Coming," exploring how we build the spiritual patience and passion our institutions and values need. Kindred Voices will sing.

If you haven't turned in your 2017 Pledge (forms in pew racks and online HERE), please bring it to church (drop boxes in the main office and Channing Hall), mail it in, or set up online via your Member Profile. Even if you intend to renew your pledge at the same level, we still need to hear from you so that we can plan for next year. THANK YOU to everyone who has already pledged your support for 2017!

UU History 101 begins this Sunday (10am, Room 301). Our Inquirers’ Class (11:30, the Parlor) will focus on Worship & the Liturgical Year.

Sumfun! 2017 Informational Meetings (10 & 12:30, Room 210): Come learn more about the church's galaxy-famous summer day-camp!

Interweave's (LGBTQ) Brunch will meet at 1pm, at Ojeda’s Restaurant (4617 Maple Ave.). All are welcome a t this family-friendly event.

PARKING: The  YMCA parking garage is now open for church-goers to park! Please leave parking spaces on Normandy and St. Andrews for our senior and mobility-impaired members.

HELP US BRING BACK SUMFUN! DAY CAMP!
If our much beloved sumfun! day camp is to take place, the roles of Camp Directors, full-time Adult Counselors, Adult Specialists (gardening, musical, artistic, dance, and science skills, full or part time) must be filled by enthusiastic folks! Let's work together to provide a camp that's both fun and safe. All ideas are welcomed this Sunday (10 or 12:30pm, Rm 210). And follow the video link to hear from our own Alex Thompson why sumfun! is the best!
