This dinner features dishes paired with wines selected from high altitude locations. The nervy energy of mountain wines have captivated our staff, and we've put together this dinner to showcase a few of our favorites.

Vajra Wine Dinner with Francesca Vaira
This dinner features the iconic wines of Vajra estate in northern Italy. We'll include a rare riesling wine from Piemonte, some Langhe rosso and, of course, an elegant glass of Barolo. If you wish to turn the wine dinner into a truffle dinner, Chef Brian will have some white truffles from nearby the Vajra estate in the kitchen, and you may choose the option of adding white truffles to any dish for a supplement.

Annual Truffle Celebration
We're sourcing some special truffles from around the world, including white Alba truffles. We will have wine pairings available for $50/pp, and if you happen to have the perfect "truffle wine" in your cellar, we are offering a $5 corkage special to BYOB a bottle to pair with your dinner.
