The Holidays are already impacting our health: poor diet, over-indulgence, stress, lack of sleep. It's time to get back on track, and move thru the remaining season with good health and grace. We look forward to sharing this 5-day journey with you.
Preparation: Eat healthy, drink lots of water, increase fiber in your diet. Wean off of sugar, caffeine, alcohol and meat. Use digestive enzymes (particularly with cooked food). Take 1 probiotic before bedtime.
Program: This is not a Juice Fast, but fresh juices/wheatgrass are available for purchase. During the program, we suggest a healthy diet consisting of:
1. 2 Fresh Juices & 1 Wheatgrass shot (available for purchase)
2. 16 oz. of Green Smoothie
3. 1 Raw Soup
4. 1 Salad-based Meal
5. Healthy Snacks
6. 2 to 3 quarts of fresh water (herbal teas count)

Healthy Food prep will be demonstrated & sampled in each class. Topics: Healthy Holiday Food Prep, Stress Management, Time Management, Boosting the Endocrine System and more!
