 Wellness Office Update
Construction on our Wellness Office is now complete! The new and improved office has now returned to its original location on the first floor across from our Activity Center.

 LOHV Flea Market, November 8-12th
Come to the Villa the week of November 8th and be surprised at what unique and interesting items you can find at our annual Flea Market! Dates and times are as follows:
Tuesday, Nov. 8th, from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM
Wednesday through Friday, Nov. 9th-11th, from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM
Saturday, Nov. 12th, from 9:00 AM until Noon
AROUND THE VILLA
 Cavaliers Tickets Raffle
Here's your chance to win tickets to see Cleveland Champions, the Cavs! Raffle winner will receive four Club Seats to a Cleveland Cavaliers game. The drawing will be held on Thursday, December 1st. Raffle tickets are $25.00 each and can be purchased at LOHV front desk or by calling Nancy Ilg at 440-232-1991, ext. 560. All proceeds benefit the residents of Light of Hearts Villa. Tickets are courtesy of Blue Technologies.
 Fall Fest 2016
A bright blue sky and crisp autumn air blessed LOHV's 27th Annual Fall Fest. Guests were greeted by the Villa's warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the sight of the Villa decorated in its Fall finery helped put everyone in a cheerful autumn mood.
Heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes out to all the LOHV volunteers, donors, friends, and staff whose hard work and commitment to our Mission made Fall Fest 2016 such a resounding success!
October Birthday Bash
This month's Birthday Bash was a memorable event. Mayor Stan Koci and Councilwoman Marilyn Zolata were on hand to present special proclamations to LOHV residents Ann and Margaret.
We wish all residents born this month a blessed and happy birthday!
 Notre Dame Students
LOHV is pleased to welcome another group of students from Notre Dame College. These energetic volunteers visit Light of Hearts twice a month to engage our residents in bingo, bowling, and group games.
Welcome back, Notre Dame volunteers! Our residents look forward to happy times spent with you!
Awesome Autumn Activities
Autumn is always an enjoyable season at LOHV. Not only did our Life Enrichment staff take residents out on scenic fall foliage drives through parks in the area, but they also scheduled exciting outings to B.A. Sweeties candy store in Brookpark and Patterson's Fruit Farm in Chesterland. Fall fun was had by all!
 Salon Blessing
Like the Wellness Department, LOHV's salon has undergone a refreshing redesign. Earlier this month, work was completed on our new and improved beauty salon. On October 24th, staff and residents attended the blessing ceremony with Father O'Neill leading everyone in prayers and blessing of the beauty salon. Thank you to our maintenance staff and Sherwin Williams for the beautiful work.
