Signed with H2Love
Met's summer water conservation
campaign, "Signed with H2Love," is about to launch.  We will have hundreds of billboards, posters, and bus and train wraps featuring the H2Love logo. There will also be radio spots, ads in local newspapers, and a digital and social media campaign. Here is a new PSA featuring LA Galaxy goalie Brian Rowe. Stay tuned for more fun surprises.
California WaterFix
C alifornia WaterFix is the plan to modernize the state's water system in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Southern California gets 30% of its water from Northern California so upgrading the aging infrastructure while protecting the environment is very important. This short video  tells the story of California WaterFix. A series of summer meetings will lead to a Board decision this fall on whether Metropolitan will participate in the project.

The Emmy Goes to:
Earlier this month, Alex Azmi, unit manager of Metropolitan's IT Project Planning office, won an Emmy for directing the film, "To Climb a Gold Mountain." The story chronicles four women of Asian descent who lived in America from the 1850's to the present day. Metropolitan's Asian American Employee Association screened an early version of the film.

Congratulations Alex!
