Dear STM Families,
I hope this memo finds everyone well as we settle after Hurricane Harvey. It is heartwarming to see how the school community has pulled together to support one another in this time of need. The American Red Cross Shelter here on campus was opened yesterday evening and as of now, has less than 10 people in need of assistance. The Parish is in daily communication with us and we will keep our school community informed as the situation changes.
We look forward seeing everyone at our Back To School Parents Night this Thursday 9/14/17. The program will begin at 6:00p.m. in the
New Gym with a presentation from the Principal. Following the program, individual grade levels will meet with their teachers as follows: PreK - 3rd grade will meet in their classrooms, 4th & 5th grade will meet in Prinster Hall and the Middle School students will stay in the gym.
From the cafeteria: please note that the cut off time for ordering lunches for your child via RenWeb is 9:00a.m. The cafeteria is unable to accommodate late orders. Also, we have many instances of parents and students placing duplicate or conflicting lunch orders for the same day. Please communicate with your students prior to placing their lunch orders.
It hard to believe that Oktoberfest is only a few weeks away. We look forward to coming together to celebrate as a community. Please note that Oktoberfest Ticket Packets went home with the oldest/only students today. We look forward to everyone's participation in this important fund raiser.
Lastly, please plan to join us for the
Back To School Dance this Saturday night. We look forward to coming together as a school community for a fun filled evening! Details are below.
