Dear Saint Theresa School Families,
We are experiencing some financial hardship because of families not honoring their payment schedules. This is not because of lack of enrollment or resources, but rather due to some families not paying on time.
This practice MUST end. We need a commitment from every parent to keep tuition payments current. Saint Theresa School is not in a position to continue accepting late tuition payments or to keep students enrolled when there is past tuition due.
Please note that with the Bishop's Scholarship and the CEO grants, Saint Theresa School is currently providing over $150,000 in financial assistance. In order to continue providing this level of assistance, it is critical that we show that St. Theresa School is on solid financial grounds.
Effective immediately, the school will follow the diocesan policy on charging late fees and filing for withdrawal on accounts that are regularly past due. Please feel free to see me if you wish to see or discuss the diocesan tuition policy.
Please keep in mind that this is the year that Bishop Caggiano is reviewing all diocesan schools carefully to assess their financial vitality and decide on their future standing. It is critical that we show a strong and viable school.
I thank you all in advance for taking this matter seriously and for doing your part in helping the school remain financially sound.
Salvatore Vittoria, Principal
