July Community Dinner - Tomorrow night!
Join us tomorrow for our Summer Picnic community dinner - Friday, July 28th at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and bring friends, neighbors or family!
Thanks for the donations!
Thank you to everyone that has continued to contribute their old glasses, cases, hearing aids reading glasses and sunglasses to the Lion Sight and Hearing. This quarter we delivered 17 pair of glasses, 4 pair of sunglasses, 5 glass cases and 1 hearing aid case. The donation box is out on the counter by the door at all of our Services. They so appreciate it and know that your donations are giving someone else a chance to see better. Keep up the good work.
School Supply Drive
school_supplies.jpg
St. Stephen's is sponsoring a school supply drive for children Griffith Elementary in the Balsz School District in which St. Stephen's is located.
Griffith serves a low income population that would benefit from receiving all sorts of supplies, including: backpacks, notebooks, notebook paper, book covers, boxes of pencils, pens, colored pencils, colored markers, or crayons; pencil boxes or 'pouches', rulers, scissors, glue sticks, spiral notebooks, erasers, dry erase markers, three-prong folders and pocket folders.

The 'School Supply Drive' will run July 16 through August 13 and a "donation" box will be located outside the church.

Thank you for sharing from your abundance to help meet the needs of our neighbors!
Summer pictures

Each summer we include pictures of your adventures in our weekly highlights!

Send in your pictures this summer so we can see what folks in our community are up to outside of Saturday nights or Sunday mornings!

Happy Summer and safe travels to all!

We aspire to be an accepting community in which people will know Jesus Christ through worship, prayer, spiritual formation and fellowship. We hope our community will encourage all to use their God given gifts to serve others in the name of Christ.

Faithfully,

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church
