Reminders from Last Week:

Front Desk Help
  • Someone should be in the Front Office at 7:20 am each morning.
  • All paperwork can be handed in at that time or you can find answers to your questions.
  • All students are expected to be in the school building by 7:40 so that they can make it to their first bell by 7:45.
  • School begins at 7:45.  If you arrive after 7:45, students have to go to Ms. Winfrey's office and will be marked tardy for the day.
  • If a student arrives AFTER first bell, he/she is to go to the Main Office to be admitted into school.
During School Hours
Please remember that we are preparing our students for careers and colleges, so we need our children to take more responsibility for their day.
  • In order to get the most out of our school year, students cannot be called out of classes.
  • Students should bring money or pack a lunch EVERY day.
  • We can no longer accept lunches, gym uniforms, money or other such items throughout the day.  Calling students down to the main office all day is not conducive to learning or running a school.
  • All students should be in proper uniform.
  • There is NO GUM allowed in the school building.
Spirit Shop
  • Hours are after school only at this point from 2:45-3:15 pm.

Beginning of the Year Forms
Beginning of the year forms have been mailed out. Forms should have been returned by Friday September 8th. If these have not been turned in, we MUST have them by September 15.  Students can turn in the completed forms to the Main Office.

Please note:
There will be an in-school video shoot this coming Thursday.  We strongly encourage you to authorize your student to participate, as the video will demonstrate our strengths, and be used in the school's marketing materials.  Please e-mail [email protected] with your student's name and grade by the end of day Tuesday if you do NOT wish your student to be photographed.

Attendance Procedure and Tardies

Please remember to call the main school number at 513-751-1230 to report an absence. Also if your child needs to be dismissed early please send them with a note in the morning describing the nature and time of the early dismissal.

School starts at 7:45 am, any student who arrives after 7:45 am will be marked tardy.   It is very important for the future success of our students to create a habit of being on time.
