Practicing Balance: A Jewish Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

Life often feels off balance. Jewish spiritual practice can help us cultivate an orientation of increased balance, so that we can thrive as human beings. This primarily silent retreat, open to everyone, will explore the ways in which our practice can support our capacity for finding healthy equilibrium in an off-kilter world.  Led by Rabbis Jordan Bendat-Appell, Rachel Cowan, Nancy Flam and Sheila Peltz Weinberg.
