It's here again and it's going to be so much fun! During the week we will learn the music and story of the musical, Down by the Creekbank. We will create our scenery, make our costumes and learn the lessons of God's love for us. Stories around the campfire and outdoor fun will all be a part of this great adventure. There will be a special performance of the musical on Friday evening! The fee is $25.00 for the week. Any additional children in the family will pay $20.00 per child. The childcare after 12:30pm will pay additional childcare $20 each afternoon session; $100 for the week. We will explore God's great creation and how he loves each of us.

VIDEO of the Week
Inspiration
What we would like to do is change the world-make it a little simpler for people to feed, clothe, and shelter themselves as God intended for them to do. And, by fighting for better conditions, by crying out unceasingly for the rights of the workers, of the poor, of the destitute...we can, to a certain extent, change the world; we can work for the oasis, the little cell of joy and peace in a harried world. We can throw our pebble in the pond and be confident that its ever widening circle will reach around the world. We repeat, there is nothing that we can do but love, and, dear God, please enlarge our hearts to love each other, to love our neighbor, to love our enemy as well as our friend. ~Dorothy Day

Humor
So far today, God, I've done all right. I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper, haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or over-indulgent. I'm really glad about that.

But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed and from then on I'm probably going to need a lot more help.

Thank you.

In Jesus name. Amen
