MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Growing with Affiliates

I am often impressed by the level of passion within our industry to always push forward and grow with the fast paced changes in vehicle design and technology advancements. Recent growth within CCG and the opportunities that present themselves every day because of this passion is exciting.

We see more great repairers at capacity today than ever before, so our value proposition is evolving to meet the needs of our affiliates. I could not be more pleased about our products and services discounts and rebate offerings. These will help make every CCG affiliate gain a stronger bottom line to get the most out of the repair volumes they are seeing.

I look forward to seeing everyone at SEMA!

INSURANCE SERVICES GROUP
Update from the Insurance Services Group

CCG's Insurance Services Group (ISG) continues to secure an average of 2-3 DRP's per Affiliate location, even as our Affiliate locations count grows at a rapid pace. For third quarter of 2016, the ISG secured agreements to add 53 new insurer accounts into our 65+ locations. Return on investment against CCG's low fees structure, coupled with economies of scale and rebate benefits, is now well-proven in today's highly competitive landscape.

We now have strategic partnerships in place whereby we provide a locator and value summary for each Affiliate monthly - offering highly qualified DRP additions to not less than 11 national insurance carrier partners. Additions include Top-5 consolidator-level implementations, as well as Tier I, II and III coveted DRP's across the U.S.

Our ISG continues to hold discussions with an additional 15+ DRP-centric carriers. These meetings drive home the importance of partnering with Affiliates who have made the investments in people, training, and equipment relative to acquiring and maintaining OE certification programs and badges.  Forward-thinking carriers we are engaged with understand they will need the very strongest performing, independent, OE certified operators to help them compete and service their policyholder customer bases into the future.  They can find and acquire them under CCG's single, stable, and differentiated umbrella.

We expect SEMA to lead us into a strong fourth quarter of 2016 for DRP implementations, and additional paths to do so with insurers that see the significance of CCG's very unique group and network model.

SEMA Show

For those attending SEMA in Las Vegas from October 31 - November 4, we highly encourage your attendance to the OEM Collision Repair Tech Summit, as part of the SCRS Repairer Driven Education Series.

"The OEM Collision Repair Technology Summit is one of the most unique networking and learning opportunities available to the collision repair industry, designed to put SEMA show attendees in a room with innovators in automotive structural design and technology. The Summit's focus is on emerging trends in vehicle construction and technology and how both of those aspects influence vehicle repairability and collision industry preparation."
