When you think of summer, what comes to mind? Maybe a day at the lake or beach? Having a cook-out with family and friends? Camping?  Starry nights around a fire?

Summer is a time when we're supposed to be able to slow down and relax, and I hope you've had the opportunity to enjoy some of the activities above!  But if we're honest, most days probably aren't like that. Yes, even during summer there is stress. We still have jobs to go to, events to attend, errands to run, loved ones to tend to,  challenges to deal with, and so on. We all could use a vacation from something!

This month's journaling is to help you manage your stress. I hope it gives you a few minutes to escape and enjoy some inner quiet.
Step 2 Journaling Exercise

By finding positive and healthy ways to manage the stress of your daily and changing demands, you can become stronger. You may even lower your risk for certain health problems like anxiety, depression, and heart disease.
