We've got sweets on the mind with Halloween on its way!
What's your favorite Halloween candy?
Barb - My favorite is Reese's Cups, but I rarely eat them!!
Timmy - My favorite Halloween candy is a tie between Snickers and Butterfingers!
Lisa -
My favorite Halloween candy bar is Heath! When I inspect my son's candy bag after Trick or Treating, I am sure to remove all of the Heath bars so it's easier for him to get to all those sour patch gummy candies. I'm really doing him a favor.
Dana - My favorite Halloween candy
is Kit Kats!
Karen E. -
I love York Peppermint Patties and Butterfingers!
Karen B. - My f
avorite Halloween candy is Kit Kats or anything sour, like Sour Patch Kids!
Lauren - It's difficult to choose just one, but I would say my favorite Halloween candy is M&M'S. Specifically the dark chocolate ones!
Sarah -
Pumpkin shaped Reese's are my favorite Halloween candy. I cannot resist the fun shape of these treats!
Congrats, Barb!

October 2016
From the Desk of Barb Clapp...
October 23, 2001 is the day that I took one of my biggest risks of my lifetime (And believe me I am not risk adverse so I have had some decent risks on my list). That is the day that I decided to start my agency out of the attic office of my home. I had been in the media world before opening my own agency but it was on the media side, not the agency side. I look back and think I am either crazy or fearless (maybe a bit of both). There were some very tough times. I started in a bad economy right after 9/11 and kept it running successfully from 2008-2010 during one of the worst economic periods in our country.
Mostly, it has been the best of times. My mentor, Chuck Buerger, told me "don't do it if it isn't fun." I have held that motto closely. Most nights I leave and lock the door and think to myself how much I love what I am doing. I have worked with wonderful clients and am so very grateful for their trust and eventually friendship as the years have passed. My team has remained very stable and I have been so lucky to have some of the greatest people ever on my team. I count them as friends and want to offer my gratitude and thanks to each and every one of them. Over the years, I have been lucky to gather many friends of the agency. Thanks to everyone who referred a client, gave me a tip, told me to hang tough when the going got rough, wrote reference letters, nominated us for awards or spread the word about our work. Last but not least, I couldn't have done it without my loving and supportive family Jon, Cady and Britt. They got the brunt of the "am I crazy conversations" over the years when things got hard. They never ever gave up on me or let me doubt myself for one minute. Thank you with all my heart fam! Fifteen years later I have built an award winning agency that does great work on behalf of our clients and the team mostly has fun doing it. I am happy with that!
Cheers to 15 years!!!
