After the 9:30AM service please stay for delicious refreshments created by Mary Jo McMillin one of our parishioners who is a professional chef.
In case of inclement weather, the 9:30AM service will be held at the Church on the Hill, 784 Sheridan Rd.

Three Nights of Evensong
July 31, August 1 & August 2
Please join us on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, July 31, August 1 and August 2 as our choir presents music for its upcoming tour to Winchester Cathedral. Our choristers will sing Evensong on each of these three evenings at 8:00PM in preparation for traveling to England later that week. Music for each service will be lovely, prayerful, and inspiring. Can't be with us in England? Please consider joining us in Winnetka for a wonderful British cathedral music experience! We'd love to have you with us
!
And One Night of Wine & Cheese
Monday, July 31 before Evensong, please join us on the patio for wine & cheese starting at 7:15. Ask your friends and neighbors too! The Nursery will be open from 7:00-9:00PM.

A Daily Devotional
Everyone on our upcoming Choir Trip to Winchester Cathedral will not only be supplied with great music. They will also have a copy of A Daily Devotional booklet put together by Rod Quainton. It contains selections from Holy Men, Holy Women which have been chosen by Rod to capture the sweep of Anglican history through the contributions made by musicians, composers, artists, poets, and writers, who through their talents give us an insight into Christianity and spirituality. There are copies available at the back of the church (for the 8AM service) and on the refreshment table (for the 9:30 service) if you would like to follow along with the Choir Trip.

Lay Chaplains: Bringing the Warmth of
Christ Church to You
Trained parishioners visit those who are homebound, ill, or facing a time of grief or crisis. Lay Chaplains provide companionship and support, and may pray with you, or share communion (from the reserved sacrament) if desired. The chaplains serve under the training and leadership of our clergy. To request a visit, just call the office or contact Nadia 773-387-9128 or [email protected].
