Who knew there could be so much to say about enzymes?

We celebrate a milestone of sorts with the publication of our 100th newsletter. Through the last 16 years we have tried to educate and inform the public about enzymes, digestion, and nutrition. The importance of gut health continues to be the biggest motivator in these efforts. 

We look forward to providing more research-oriented information on diet, foods and other factors involved in balancing the gut microbiome in the years to come. The feedback provided by our customers is much appreciated!
