Update From the Executive Director

Greetings from the Eighth Annual Village Gathering held this year in Columbus, OH! The gathering's theme, "The Village Movement: Making Your Future a Good One," focuses on the collective impact of the Village movement.

The Village movement is constantly changing as individual villages advocate for and redefine ways in which their members age in community. Village reps from almost all 50 states and a few from Canada will benefit from one another's insights and experiences, hear from several high-profile keynote speakers and attend breakout sessions led by their peers.

It is an honor for Mill City Commons to be counted among the more than 200 Villages in operation. And it's an invigorating opportunity to offer support and encouragement to those folks among the 130 groups in development, in total, touching over 40,000 lives.

The eight MCC members attending the gathering are enjoying working and learning together. View them on MCC's Facebook Page!

MILL CITY COMMONS: We learn. We share. We engage. We give.
