Bennington PFOA Consent Order & Comment Period

The State of Vermont filed a settlement document in Superior Court in Bennington. Copies of the Consent Order and Core Technical Documents can be found in the PFOA Documents Folder under Consent Order and Other Technical Documents Folder.
