Greetings! The other day I was walking through one of the big box stores and was bombarded by Back To Schools signs!  That night I got home and they were talking about the State Fair on TV.  Both of these remind me that summer is winding down and soon the kids will be back in school.  The following article will help you get your pet ready for the changes that they to will go thru when the kids are out of the house for the day.

Each day we are progressing with house and obedience training of our parti  Miniature Schnauzer.  Roxie our 10 year old Cantel is resolved herself that this one is not leaving and I will even find them playing an occasional tug of war together, This is a picture of her after her recent spa visit. ATTENTION COMCAST USERS: We have been having issues with some of our clients with Comcast email addresses not receiving emails from us. Pets of the Month: George and Martha the mini long-haired dachshunds (lovingly nicknamed "The Washingtons") live with their owners in Edina. George has been with Pets Are Inn since he was a few months old in 2012 and Martha is a recent addition, born March 2nd of this year!  Their owners have been clients longer than our computer systems (which means more than 16 years)! The Washingtons are cuter than they look and George is sweet and has a spunky personality, while Martha is still an adorable puppy and wants to explore the outdoors 24/7!

Mark Your Calendar September 5th - Labor Day (no driving)*** September 22nd - First Day of Fall October 2nd - Rosh Hashanah begins October 11 - Yom Kippur begins October 19-26 - MEA peak season October 31 - Halloween Peak Season at Pets Are Inn (deposit required for reservations and high season cancellation policy in effect) *** There will be no transporting of pets on these days
