Dress-Out/Tag Days
This week, students/faculty will be given the opportunity to get back the two dress-out days they missed during homecoming week, due to the hurricane.

Today was Spirit Day. Announcements were made Tuesday on spirit day attire.

Thursday, the theme is Survivor - Come ready to survive and thrive! Camo, Cargo, Bandanas. We will also be collecting donations during homeroom to give to the family of Jose Barrios, a student at an elementary school in our Diocese. As a result of Hurricane Matthew, Jose Barrios, a fourth grade student at Lourdes Academy in Daytona Beach, died of carbon monoxide poisoning from a generator running in the family apartment. The father is still hospitalized and the family has lost everything, including a place to live. As a Catholic school family, school communities are coming together to support the Barrios family with financial contributions to help with the funeral expenses and the cost of starting over. It is not a mandatory tag day, but we would ask that you consider donating.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we would like to recognize all of our Santa Fe Community members who have battled this disease by donating to the Moffitt Cancer Center in their honor. Monday, October 31st is a "Pink Out Tag Day," to raise awareness and donate funds. Let's make a difference together! Students may wear long pants (no yoga pants or leggings) , pink shirt or SFC shirt.  NO HALLOWEEN COSTUMES!
Food Drive
Peace River Group needs a helping hand in collecting canned food items.  These items will be collected to aid victims of domestic violence. The items will be donated to Viste and Light House Ministries. Please donate non-perishable items by November 4th. Items may be sent into the Front Office marked, "Peace River Center." Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
