The Southwest Alabama region has launched an incredible recruitment initiative that links education and workforce development, aligns economic development efforts, and matches employees to jobs.  The ACT Work Ready Communities initiative significantly improves hiring outcomes and reduces employee turnover.  
 
Employers across the county are overwhelmed by stacks of application for only a handful of open positions. Sifting through these applications is time consuming and inefficient. ou need a way to quickly pinpoint individuals with essential, verifiable workplace skills. The solution: The ACT National Career Readiness Certificate (ACT NCRC). The North Baldwin Chamber Foundation is giving away 30 Guns in 30 Days! Just in time for hunting season!

The 30/30 giveaway will take place from November 1st through November 30th 2016 where one drawing will be conducted each day over the course of 30 days, with a different prize each day. The prizes for the raffle are 30 hunting rifles and shotguns (please see complete list of rules for more information).

The North Baldwin Chamber Foundation's mission is to promote community and economic development in north Baldwin County through cooperative commitment programs that utilize a variety of market based, work ready and business development initiatives.
