The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw (EMS) ISD Board of Education has voted unanimously to call a $524.7 million bond election. The proposed referendum would have no impact on the school district tax rate. Registered voters will have the opportunity to vote in the bond election during Early Voting on October 23-November 3 and on Election Day, November 7.
Three community presentations are scheduled to give parents and community members opportunities to be informed about the upcoming election and what is being proposed to voters. The meetings are open to anyone in the EMS ISD community and everyone is encouraged to attend:
Thursday, September 21 Boswell High School, 6:30-7:30 pm
Wednesday, September 27 Chisholm Trail High School, 6:30-7:30 pm
Thursday, September 28 Saginaw High School, 6:30-7:30 pm
