Capital Campaign Insider Update
Greetings!

St. Mary's 2.0 is alive and well! As you know, there are two parts to St. Mary's 2.0, the curriculum redesign and the building project. I am happy to report both are exceeding our expectations.

We are in our third week of Mod 1 and students are enjoying their courses and the new pace at school. Yesterday, construction workers braved the smokey air, thunderstorm and downpour and poured the concrete forms for the foundation.

Please enjoy the highlights below. And, most of all, thank you for being part of this important project at St. Mary's School.

"I have really enjoyed the hands-on projects of my materials science class and without the new 2.0 schedule, we wouldn't be able to have classes like these. Thank you for supporting St. Mary's 2.0!"

Student Commons Building
The footings for the new Student Commons Building were poured with cement this week.

The foundation and first-floor slab are next up. Construction is moving along and our students are adjusting well to their campus being an active construction site!
"It's exciting seeing the new building going in and I can't wait for next year to actually take classes in the there! The new 2.0 daily schedule is so different from last year but it's great! Thank you for supporting St. Mary's 2.0."

New Parking Lots
When classes started on August 26th, we put our new entrance and parking lots to the test! Parents and students alike are thrilled with the upgrades and cars are flowing during pick-up and drop-off times!

New low-water landscaping has been added along the front of the main office and trees have been planted along Black Oak Drive.
"St. Mary's 2.0 has been great! I really like how my x-bins alternate every other day and all my teachers are really nice. Thank you!"
