1. Find three colleagues who want to attend the conference with you
2. Make one booking and pay 100%
3. Share the cost between you - 25% each (or however you want to split it)

The small print:

• This offer is valid for all bookings made within the next 25 days only (i.e. between 25 July 2017 and 19 August 2017) - if you book after 19 August 2017 then only the main delegate booking will receive a conference place
• At checkout, add the names and email addresses of each of the three additional delegates to the field 'any other special requirements' - we will contact your colleagues and you within 5 working days to confirm your booking
• The financial arrangements for how you share/split the conference fee is a private arrangement between yourselves, EMCC International is not party to this transaction and takes no responsibility for it
• Lunch is included on day 2 for all four delegates
• The conference dinner on day 2 is included for the person making the booking (only) if you book all three days of the conference - the remaining three delegates can book the conference dinner separately using the conference website
• If at a later date, any of the four delegates are not able to attend the conference then no pro rata refund will be made (all four delegates can cancel the total booking at any time subject to our standard terms - see website).
