MLA Joins Broad Coalition to Delay New Overtime Rule
As you know by now, prior to their election recess the House of Representatives passed legislation to delay the new DOL rules affecting overtime. We are now urging the Senate to pass the companion bill, S.3464, which recognizes the impact the new regulation will have on the most vulnerable employers. A copy of the letter is attached here.
