My name is Qawnana "Q" Crockett. I am the newest team member at Evolve.Space in Leesburg, Virginia. As the new Director of Operations, I will bring connectivity, creativity, innovation and energy to Evolve.Space.
I had the honor of serving eight years in the US Army. I also have an extens
ive background in management in the areas of facilities management, project management, program management and fitness management.
Originally from Ohio, I am a wife and mother of two. When I'm not supporting my kids in various sports, coaching other women in the bodybuilding community, or serving on the advisory boards for several business and fitness organizations, I am focused on my own health and wellness with several of my own athletic ventures. With twenty years of experience in the health and wellness industries, including nutritional counseling, my passion is balanced living.
