Fall Sports Registration Now Open! Volleyball Coaches Needed
Fall sports registration is now open for grades 5-12.

The Freshman Picnic & Social is Next Wed., 8/2
Incoming freshmen and their parents are invited to attend a picnic at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 2. This is an informal opportunity to meet classmates, other parents and members of the administration before the start of the school year. Barbecue and games included!

Return to School Volunteer Opportunities
We have several upcoming opportunities for parents and students to volunteer and help get ready for the new school year! Please consider signing up to help with one of these events:
August Mailing Prep (Thursday, 8/3)
Come help with the second school mailing! We need volunteers to attach labels, collate, stuff, seal and stamp envelopes. Students are welcome to assist their parents.
Classroom Supplies Prep (Tuesday, 8/8)
Time to set up the classrooms with supplies! Help distribute our supplies inventory according to the classroom requests for teachers. Students are welcome to assist their parents.

College Application Orientation for Seniors and Parents: 8/10
ATTENTION INCOMING SENIORS AND PARENTS:
On the heels of our inaugural College Application Boot Camp, we will host a College Application Orientation for
ALL incoming seniors
and their parents. Learn more about the process of applying to college and ensure that your member of the Class of 2018 is prepared to complete applications this summer and fall.

High School Choir Camp: Thurs., 8/10
Registered members of the Concert Chorale must attend, but anyone interested in learning more about choir is encouraged to participate! Camp is Thursday, August 10, from 1:00 - 6:00 PM. Auditions for Madrigal Singers may be scheduled by appointment. Download the flyer.

Save the Date! Parent Fiesta is Wed., 8/16 - Volunteers Needed
The Parent Fiesta Night is Wednesday, August 16, from 4:30 to 7:30 PM in the UAC Commons. Plan to attend this parents-only event and see below for opportunities to volunteer!
Parent Fiesta Prep (Tuesday, 8/15)
Bring your favorite knife, cutting board and apron. Learn new salsa recipes! Older students who can handle a knife are welcome to assist their parents.
Parent Fiesta (Wednesday, 8/16)
Grill quesadillas, manage the salsa bar or help at the info tables. Parents only, please.
