This program introduces
leadership values to campers using a hands-on approach. Campers will learn the values of teamwork, responsibility and communication. In a safe and supportive atmosphere, students will begin the process of self-discovery.

TPS Leader In Training Program
The purpose of our LIT program is to provide participants with training on how to use effective leadership skills throughout their lives. The leadership skills that will be acquired can be transferred to all areas of life, including: home, school, sports, youth groups, work, and in the community. Camp is about learning by doing, so campers will learn these skills in a safe environment through a variety of fun and challenging activities, workshops and discussions.
