chattels: While incumbent Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is probably the best Iraqi leader Erbil will ever deal with in Baghdad he is in a weak position and it's unclear if he can even secure a second-term, given the powerful Iranian-backed elements in Iraq who want to bring his government down.
 
chattels: A figure close to, or controlled by, Maliki may become prime minister in the foreseeable future – which is one reason Erbil is now pushing full steam ahead in negotiating its independence on good terms and not miss a, possibly short-lived, historic opportunity for statehood. A state which has a clear potential to be a significant factor for stability in an otherwise chronically unstable region.

A parliamentary source informed on Sunday, the agreement of the Presidency of the Parliament with the heads of blocs and the Finance Committee to pass the supplementary budget, on Monday. 

The source told "Al-Ghad Press" that "the presidency of the parliament agreed with the heads of parliamentary blocs and the Finance Committee to pass the supplementary budget in the regular session of the House of Representatives scheduled to be held tomorrow." 

It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives, approved the budget 2017 in its ordinary meeting held on 7 December 2016.   link

StephenMAc63:  Looks  Legit…. Question I have is why does this bank have its own server, shouldnt they be downstreaming from the CBI? That way the CBI security protocols are more secure. Which brings me to another thought....how is it that ISIS was able to breach the security in the first place.....help from within?
