Little Indian Advisory for 9/21/2016

 
A treatment at Little Indian Lake has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, 2016 to target water lilies which is important to address before next season. They have not been treated for some time but conditions are right for them to return in mat form by next season. It is being conducted by SOLitude Lake Management. Please refrain from using Little Indian only on September 21st.

Upcoming Weed Survey

 
In response to the rapid growth of the non-native, invasive weed naiad this season, a complete survey will be conducted to evaluate the non-native weed growth. While there is currently no way to completely eradicate the non-native species at Indian Lake, it is important to understand what conditions impact more rapid growth. The survey will be conducted by SOLitude Lake Management.

Fall Cleanup

 
The Indian Lake Watershed Association's fall cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, November 5th from 9am to noon. Please mark your calendars!
Meet at Morgan Park at 9am. An hour or all three, we would love to get as many people as possible to cleanup the parks, beach, shoreline and memorials.
