We had a busy week and opted to delay our newsletter a day. Lots going on as we head in to what you guys (the members) call the quiet season; not so for us. If you missed Jack Cotton speaking at the General Membership Meeting, you missed some great tips on negotiating. Just ask someone who attended. Our next "not to be missed" event is coming up in just two short weeks. More info to the left about the VBR Installation Party at the Sonnenalp Hotel. Below in the trends section of the newsletter, take a look at the latest market report. You guys rock! You continue to sell for 96% of asking price. Last year you sold nearly $1.5B in real estate. Based on sales closed year to date plus pending sales, the VBR is on track to exceed 2015 sales.

Monthly Indicators Report
New Listings were down 9.3 percent for single family/duplex homes and 8.3
percent for townhouse-condo properties. Pending Sales increased 55.1 percent
for single family/duplex homes and 17.4 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
