POWERLEARNING POP-UP HELP DESK
During Parent/Teacher Conferences, parents will have the opportunity to check in at our PowerLearning pop-up help desk to ask questions and get information on how to use PowerLearning. This session will be located in the Rogers Room from 8 a.m. to 4.45 pm.

Middle School fall Parent/Teacher Conferences kick-off tomorrow and continue next week, on Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19. Read more.

US PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
Upper School fall Parent/Teacher Conferences kick-off tomorrow, October 14 and continue next week, on Wednesday, October 19. As a reminder there are no classes for students on both of these days. Students at NuVu have regular days with normal bus service. Read more.
PSAT INFORMATION FOR GRADES 10 & 11
On  Wednesday, October 19 , Beaver is administering the  PSAT  exams for students in grades 10 and 11 at Beaver.  NuVu students will also be taking the  PSAT  and will not be going to NuVu on this day. Please make sure your student arrives at school by 7:45 a.m. with several #2 pencils and a calculator. Read more.

MS COMMUNITY ACTION LEADERS
This month the Hiatt Center kicked off the Community Action Leaders (CALs) in the Middle School. Students in grades 6-8 learn and practice important leadership skills, such as collaboration, meeting facilitation, and effective communication. They meet twice per month to help make the Hiatt Institute workshops happen. Read more on the Hiatt Center Tumblr

If you are considering an application for a sibling next year, please complete an online inquiry followed by calling to arrange a tour and interview at 617-738-2725. To start your application, please create an account with Ravenna. Admission events are Fri., Nov. 11, 8:15-11:30 a.m.; and Tues., Dec. 6, 7-8:30 p.m. As a reminder we ask parents and students to not park in the designated Admission parking spots. Thank you.
UPPER SCHOOL CLUBS
The Hiatt Center team facilitated a workshop as part of the Hiatt Institute series where student club leaders participated in a goal-setting session. Club leaders then shared their vision with the entire US to recruit members. Now US Clubs are in full gear with every US student actively participating in one of the 25 offerings.
