About the IMAR i6000 Series Of Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Stick Pack Machines :

The IMAR i6000 series of vertical stick pack equipment is synonymous with capacity, robust construction, and unlimited possibilities.  The i6000 series is the most efficient and flexible line of the stick packaging equipment.  It can be equipped with a variety of dosing systems for granulates, powders, liquids, viscous liquids or solids. 
  • Stick Packs for granulates, powders, liquids, viscous liquids or solids
  • Variety of dosing systems to meet your specific application
  • Number of lanes: 4 to 20
  • Output per lane: up to 60 stick packs
  • Stick Pack sizes: 10mm - 90mm wide by 40mm to 200mm high
  • Packaging accomplished with one roll of laminated heat-sealable film

About the FLEXPACK NF-140 Duplex Horizontal Pouch Packaging Machine:

  • Produces up to 200 pouches/minute.
  • Pouch sizes:
    • Duplex: 50mm x 70mm up to 70mm to 230mm
    • Simplex: 50mm x 70mm up to 140mm to 230mm
  • Types of packaging:
    • Single sachet, twin sachet, or towelettes
    • Zipper or top spout applications
  • Designed to fill powdered products into 3 or 4 sided sealed sachet.
  • Equipped with a twin electronic auger filler to dispense granulated or powdered product.
  • Designed for ease of use, format flexibility, high efficiency and low maintenance costs.
