RPA Presidents' Message

October is turning out to be a busy month!  We imagine there were lots of smiles during picture day this week.

First, Stephanie Wulkan will be speaking at our first quarterly coffee/RPA Meeting this Friday. Hopefully you all can make it.

Second,  Our goal for RPA dues is 100% of families participating and we are tracking to 53%. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible (Tax ID 94 1358 307). A successful donation will allow our school to make the best possible investments for our school and programs through the end of the school year. You still have time to make a donation!

Third, we also have our first teacher appreciation breakfast  on Wednesday.

Fourth,   Raskob Book Fair begins on Thursday, October 13.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Becky Stephens or Carla Dartis

Finally, we are trying to plan a parent education event for Sunday, October 23 (not confirmed yet, but SAVE THE DATE).

We hope everyone is enjoying the nice fall weather.

Cheers,

Mark Headley

A New Take on Fundraising

Did you know...?

The Book Fair is Coming!

Last year our school raised almost $400 for new books!  This year we'd like to see that number increase. Please help us make that happen.

The Book Fair will be housed at the California Room on the Holy Names campus and staffed by volunteers before and after school.

Take a look at this chart for dates and times

If you won't be able to make it to the school during open hours there will be an Online Sale at the  The Laurel Books website  www.laurelbookstore.com.  We will have more information about how to use this option soon, so stay tuned.

Thank you for supporting the Raskob Book Fair and for helping the book collections in the library and classrooms grow.

Please click  Book Fair FAQ  for more information.

Please note: This sale is a "single copy" book fair.  You won't actually leave with the books you buy.  You will purchase your selections at the sale, and they will be delivered to Raskob in a few days.
