AHFA Multifamily CHDO Training

Build your Community Housing Development Organization expertise at a free Multifamily CHDO Training sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.

This training event is specifically designed for non-profit organizations interested in the development of low-income housing in their service area.  The requirements and application process for the Community Housing Development Organization Designation will be discussed.

Due to limited seating, reservations will be restricted to a limited number of participants, processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Registration will close when maximum capacity is met.  Future training dates will be announced.

Discussion topics will focus on a basic overview of the CHDO Requirements and Set-Aside under the HOME Program.
