Greetings from your Elementary School Alma Mater!
Dear St. Louis Alumni,
The 2016-2017 St. Louis School Year is underway! While students always grow anxious in anticipation of seeing who their classmates and teachers will be every August, this year had added excitement, as we opened the doors to our newly renovated media center. The fully refurbished library and new computer rooms are beautiful modern spaces, fully equipped for reading, research, project work and global searches - all with a new server and top of the line technology, immersed amongst traditional hard copy texts and integrated with solid Catholic school instruction. I hope that you are able to come see these spaces and join in our Alumni Anniversary celebrations during the weekend of Oct. 21-22! We look forward to sharing these and many new spaces with you, and we know that you will also find delight in the sight of some spaces that still look very much the same. The media center is being blessed and dedicated to two women who gave many years of service and dedication to our school: Mrs. Fran Schneider and Mrs. Noreen Gilmour. I am a St. Louis alum (Class of 1983), as are my four daughters (Classes of 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015), and we will be joining in the celebrations with all of you. The fleur de lis will be flying high and our mission to be "Rooted in Faith, Growing in Christ" will be boosted by your presence. Please join us!

| 60th Anniversary & Alumni Reunion |
We are looking forward to celebrating our 60th Anniversary and hope you have made plans to join us for the festivities! Many have reached out to us or commented on Facebook pages that they will be attending, but have not officially purchased tickets for the dinner.
Please note the dinner is a ticketed event and tickets will not be sold at the door. The online registration date has been extended to October 10.
Friday, October 21
8:45 a.m.
Join the school, Noreen Gilmour and the Schneider family for an Anniversary Mass in St. Louis Church followed by an Alumni coffee reception in the school's new Media Center: Frances Schneider Library & Noreen Gilmour Computer Lab.
6:30 p.m.
Alumni Dinner in McClunn Hall. Reconnect with fellow Alumni Classes 1963-2010, former faculty & staff, and past Home School League/PTO presidents for a fun evening.
Saturday, October 22
8:00 a.m.
Grab your sneakers and the family and join the school for the Annual Hawks 5K & 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
9:00 a.m.
Celebrate with the school community at Hawks Day. Food, fun and activities for the whole family! Meet up with your former classmates at the Alumni Tent!

Bill  Stapleton, class of 1964 and member of the first 1st Grade class at St. Louis in 1956, joined our students for Monday Morning Assembly on September 19 and shared his memories of his days at St. Louis in the 1950's and 1960's.

Please take a moment to register, and if you've moved, please be sure to update your contact information with us. Looking for an old friend? Our Alumni Directory allows you to search for and be located by former classmates. If found, you may be able to connect through a web-based email form which hides your email address until you want it to be known.
