| The directory is a helpful tool for students to reach out to each other for information and for parents to coordinate rides for sports, music, or get-togethers. We will be making our parent/student directory as soon as possible. Please fill in the form below as you wish your information to appear. Be sure to have your contact information included in the directory this year! Please note that you will not receive a copy of the directory if you do not submit the form.

The online form deadline is September 30th, 2016. Please fill out form for each child attending Saint Basil Academy. SBA 2016-17 Directory Online Form Please note: Any parent or guardian, who submits the form will receive the SBA directory via email (must provide e-mail) in October with the directory as an attachment.
