Learning Buddies STILL NEEDED!
Want to Make a difference?  Consider serving as a Learning Buddy for a Selwyn student.  You could make a world of difference in a child’s life!  Various time commitments are available, ranging from before or during school hours, one-on-one reading or tutoring.  Our goal is for each Learning Buddy to meet with their student for 30-45 minutes once a week.  In addition, we are looking for volunteers who are willing to serve as Learning Buddies for Selwyn’s growing ESL (English as a Second Language) population.  Need more information about Learning Buddies?  Please contact Emily Browne or Quinerly Cowden.
Calling All Potential Volunteers For A Spring Career Day
Selwyn's Student Services team is considering planning a spring Career Day.  As a first step, we would like to see if there are any adults in our community who would be interested in talking with students about their professions.  If you would like to possibly participate, please click here and enter your information.  Questions?  Email Barb Kovach, school counselor.
