Farm-to-Table Dinner Raises $57k for BV Technology
Last Saturday, September 17, one hundred Beverly Vista supporters
dressed in their finest "farm chic" outfits attended the Farm-to-Table
dinner & fundraiser, which included wine & cognac tastings, a 4-course
farm fresh dinner and a live auction. The event was hosted at Ike & Lara Zekaria's home and organized by the Bulldog Benefactors, a group of
Beverly Vista parents dedicated to raising money for specific projects.
The ticket sales, donations and live auction sales netted over $57,000
which Beverly Vista will use during the 2016-2017 school year to
purchase technology infrastructure, such as iPads, Chrome Books,
digital projectors, technology carts, and Wifi access points.
