 THE FINEST FOOD & CRAFT BEER NEWS
- Laketoberfest, Lake Norman's largest craft beer and music festival returns Sat, Oct 15 from 4-9pm at Bailey Road Park in Cornelius. The annual event will feature 15 local/regional breweries, food trucks, local bands, street vendors and games.
- Don's miss Bayne Brewing Company's two annual staple Oct events. The family friendly, Baynetoberfest will be held Sat, Oct 22 from 3-10pm featuring pumpkin beer, kids activities, music, games and giveaways! The 3rd annual Craft Beer Olympics will be held Oct 29 where teams of two will compete in various events to determine who will take home the gold! Free pizza will be served to Olympians and prizes will be awarded to the winners. The events will include giant Jenga, Cornhole, LadderBall, and more!
- D9 Brewing Company's Lake Norman Summer Concert Series returns Sat, Oct 29 for its final concert from 5-10pm feature live music and food trucks.

 RENOVATION PROJECTS TO COME
- Residence Inn Lake Norman will begin a full renovation of all guest rooms and public spaces this month. All guest rooms will be completely renovated with new furniture and fixtures as well as upgraded stainless steel appliances. Additionally, the lobby renovation will include a larger fitness center and breakfast area! Stay tuned for an open house in Spring 2017 to showcase the upgrades.

- What a big bad bass! The Carolina Bass Challenge Classic will return to Lake Norman Oct 21-22. All weigh-ins will be held at 3pm at Blythe Landing.
