Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Dear Property Owners,

The County Commissioners are expected to adopt the Resolution making their decision final at the October 11 Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) meeting. No public comment will be taken. The Resolution will serve as the final agency action that triggers 28-day deadline for CPOA/CMD to file a Rule 106 judicial appeal with the Eagle County District Court.
