The CIB and Cincinnati CPCU Society are offering two John Eubank seminars on October 4, 2016 

One of the most complex and misunderstood exclusions in the CGL policy is the exclusion which limits coverage with respect to damage to property in the insured's care, custody, or control or on which the insured is working when a loss occurs.

Drones are a growing phenomena and present some unique insurance problems. This seminar will explore the current state and commercial use of UAV's (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) It will also discuss the current policy forms both commercial and personal property and liability coverage to determine coverages afforded or lacking.
