Our big Fall event is of course our 34th Annual HOME TOUR on Sunday October 9th - 10am to 4pm  Purchase Advance Tickets HERE

We Kick off the Home Tour with a SUNSET RECEPTION - Friday Evening October 7th - 6 to 8pm at the "Gumby" House  - Advance Tickets Only - HERE - Capacity is Limited and this event usually sells out quickly so tickets may not be available at the door. 

This year we bring you not only a "Hidden Gem" of a neighborhood but a FALL FESTIVAL as well, featuring Art ~ Architecture ~ Sustainability: Arts & Crafts, Heritage Flea Market, Kids' Activities, Live Music, Food Trucks, Renovation Experts, Gardening & Sustainability - the Fall Festival is Free and open to the public.
