IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT CTMeContracts
|
|
Brokers, please remember to change the status of your transaction in CTMeContracts if your listing cancels, is withdrawn or expires. The sold status automatically populates from the MLS when entered, but you will MANUALLY have to change the status unless it is sold. This is important as a Listing Broker to protect the information on any previous offers you've received, as the Broker who submitted that offer will continue to have access until you change the status. It is also important to the future Listing Broker of that property that your name doesn't appear as an active listing when someone goes to write an offer using the "save time" functionality by entering the address. Any previous listings on that property will continue to show up until the status is changed.
To change the status of a listing or an offer that was made, go to the far right of your CTM eContracts screen and scroll down to
TRANSACTION STATUS. You will have the option of choosing Active, Cancelled, Withdrawn, Expired, Sold or Under Contract.
