TICKET SALE SUCCESS
Youth Sports Alliance raised $30,000 through sales of Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort lift tickets this past winter. Vail Resorts, through its Epic Promise charitable giving arm, provided YSA the opportunity to sell lift tickets to its local resorts with all proceeds benefitting YSA and its member teams. Thank you Epic Promise for your continued support of Park Citys youth!

GET OUT & PLAY MOUNTAIN BIKING UPDATE
49 Park City Elementary School students took part in YSA's inaugural Get Out & Play Mountain Bike Program. Thank you to Young Riders for providing coaches. Thank you also to Camelbak for providing hydration packs, Gu Energy for providing snacks and Bikes for Kids Utah for providing a bike and helmet to help get one participant out on single track.
And on that note, don't miss the annual Young Riders Bike Swap this weekend!

Deer Valley Resort and Stein Eriksen Receive Governor's State of Sport Awards
Deer Valley Resort and its Director of Skiing, Stein Eriksen, both received awards at the fourth annual Governor's State of Sport Awards Dinner, hosted by the Utah Sports Commission and presented by Zions Bank.
Honoring Utah's sports achievements and celebrating Utah's sports community, the Utah Sports Commission has awarded Deer Valley Resort the 2015 Partner of the Year Award, which recognizes the extraordinary efforts, resources and other support from sponsors, venues, hospitality, community, local organizing committees, events rights holders, volunteers and others in Utah's sports industry who contribute valuable assistance in continuing to establish Utah as The State of Sport and enhance its Olympic Legacy. Past recipients include Zions Bank and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association.
