Fall officially arrived on Thursday and it will feel like it at this week's market! Fall fruits and vegetables will be at the market in abundance, plus you'll find almost everything you need for your weeknight and weekend meals, your breakfast and brown bag lunches.
The cooler weather and business of fall are perfect for roasting vegetables and meats. If you're looking for easy weeknight ideas, check the recipes out below. Each one is an entire meal roasted in a single sheet pan. How's that for easy cleanup?
Just search the Internet for "sheet pan dinners" to find lots of easy recipes.
We have a great lineup of vendors this week. Be sure to check read the vendor information to make your shopping list!
We have a great band playing this week at market, the Bent Benjamins! Grab a seat to enjoy the show.
See you at the Market!

Furnace Creek Farm offers medicinal and culinary herbs, as well as skin tonic, infused honey, and tisane made fresh from the farm weekly. We'll have another batch of our borage tisane, which has refreshing cucumber, lemon, and licorice notes, and a new tisane - marshmallow root! Our marshmallow root tisane is earthy, minty, and soothing to the body and soul. We will have three different kinds of infused honey: borage, feverfew, and tulsi. Stop by to say hi and chat about herbs!

Apple Explorer tasting at the farm was lots of fun, as well as tasty and educational. We have two more dates coming up this fall - get your reservation in now before they're all full!
